| Pasiūlymas | Apie darbą One of the biggest PROVIDERS of short rent accommodations in Vilnius is searching for a director of the enterprise. The job consist in 2 main parts: 1) part online (from home or whenever you want) could last 1-3 hours max in a day and consist in: Management of web renting platform as airbnb.com and booking Inserting of the reservations through google calendar Communication with clients using whats app or airbnb apps Manage payments with terminal POS Management of all enterprise's expenses and income receivef using Excel Use of Airbnb and Booking platform Management of utilities expense of apartment using Excel. Management and searching of cleaners. Research of new apartments to rent. Comunication with a counter and landlords. Comunication with Airbnb or Booking's costumer service. Market index prices analyze and price's optimization. 2) Practical part ( vilnius Old Town) consist in : Resolution of all potential technical problems ( broken forniture, lost of keys, problem with pipes or eletrics) directly or employs other person. Buying of cleaning products and food for breakfast 1-2 times in a month Control of the cleaners' job 1 TIME a week Check counters of eletricity , water and gas of apartments once a month Care of all apartments from an artistic point of view. Replace old cooking stuff or forniture or texstile if necessary WORKING TIME: Doesnt exist any working time fixed. Is necessary be online with whichever devices between 11:00am and 01:00am and be always ready to answer by messanger in case a client send a message or a request to book an apartment. The part online of work must to be done every day. The practical part of work only when is necessary and concern the resolution of all problematic connected with the apartments ( damages, problems with structure, logistic, electricity and water). The cheaf should be able to fix all situations and damages SALARY: Salary is based on 2 parts: 1) 1300€ for the online part as director of UAB. 2) Flexible part according enterprise's income. It s equal 20% of enterprise's income. BONUS given during 2018 has been 16.800€ for a total year's salory of 32.400€ (26.800€ after taxes). REQUIREMENTS: Work is technically easy but only when you have assimilate all informations, differently it will look like strongly intensive, full of responsibility and things to remember. IS NECESSARY: 1) EXPERIENCE with booking or airbnb, 2) Speak fluently Russian and English and a 3rd language on choice. 3) Flexibility, patience, tolerance, fast memory learning, counting, comunicability, high resilience to the pressure and to the suddnley changing of situations, ability to convince others and adapt yourself to the hardest potential sitiation, inner strength, Positivity, Listening, Modesty. 4) Living not far away from the OldTown 5) Have car (UAB pays for gasoline) 6) Use of Excel, POS, Word, Google calendar, Whats app, Pulse and Airbnb There is also a theoric and practic learning period and is payed 5€/hour and it last 7-14 days, 6-10hr/day, every day, according the urgencies of the day.
