| Pasiūlymas | Apie darbą We are searching for a manager of apartments in the Old Town of Vilnius. Our apartments are rented short time with tourists The Managers duty is based on three main parts: 1)Organize the calendar of reservations. Managing of reservation using web platforms like Booking and Airbnb. Answer to the clients by whats app. (Such job requires only a connection to Internet. You can do it where ever you are) 2)Deal with clients about time of arrival. Meet them in front of the flat. Give them the key and take money from them using the POS system. Each meting usually take 5-10min. All flats are located in Old Town, close each others and reachable on foot in 10-20min or by bike in 5min. If you use your own car, we cover 120km for month. Check in starts from 2pm and ends 7pm. Few time clients could arrive later in the evening, so in any case you should be ready to meet from 2pm till midnight Knowing in advance the time of arrival of clients, you can manage freely the time between one and next reservation. The most important point you must be available to meet the client from 2pm till midnight 3) Managment, cohordination and resolution of all potential problem could occur to the apartments . WORKING TIME: FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY from 2pm till last client' arrival, but it s possible to deal about time of arrival with clients. For the period 26 december- 6 janauary, 20 January-6 February 15 June- 1 September WORKING EVERY DAY Doesnt exist any end-time fixed. Is necessary work till last client' arrival, but it s possible to deal with them. It s requested high flexibility. SALORY: 20€/for effective hours worked during the period you work only 3 day/ for week 1050€/month fixed when you work during period 15 June- 1 September 15€/hour for extra work (resolution of possible problems, management calendar, assistance with clients ) LOCATION: Vilnius Old Town DARBAS PASTOVAS.
