Pasiūlymas | Apie darbą OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE: Leads business development activities and ensures successful implementation at the regional level. Be responsible for the performance of regional business and customer development organization of the Rail Product. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Identifies market opportunities and demand for new services in alignment with Sales Ensures implementation of new services in line with customer expectations and needs Provides input on service elements Be the key point of contact for Sales with regards to commercial business growth and sales development in the field of Rail Product Expert contact to accompany Sales to customers and support Sales in developing customer prioritization lists Supports organization in solution design Gauges market demand for service in China Rail Product (performs competitor, customer and market research at country level) in alignment with Sales Initiates development of products that meet market demand, by identifying opportunities and then communicating with regional Business Development and Sales; Rail budget responsibility. ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS / METHOD / SERVICE ADVANCEMENT: Analyses complex issues and significantly improves, changes or adapts based on customer needs Delivers innovation that directly influences the way the division is operating and making money in the region CUSTOMERS & STAKEHOLDERS: Reaches agreement with external parties to accept complete proposals and programs where there is little interest in cooperating or participating Builds strong relationships and co-ordination strategies with regional and local units to acquire resources, enhance working processes and productivity and to create integrated sales opportunities REPORTING LINE: Baltic head of OFR with dotted line to Baltic CEO. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Trains Sales people on Rail products and stand as the Product point of contact for Sales Supports Sales and global Product on service element definition (during product lifecycle, establishes, maintains and retires service element) by providing input and recommendation Supports Sales in developing a customer prioritization and target list for the China Rail Product Supports any solution design for customer requests in cooperation with Sales in more complex high priority cases Provides inputs and executes global/regional/local strategies (e.g. sector-specific activities) Interacts with customers & DGF organizations in alignment with Sales/product Mūsų reikalavimai Functional Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Forwarding Business Experience in Rail Product Or the equivalent experience. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Centric focus Excellent sales skills Strong analytical skills Solution – conceptual – value add driven Business Process Management capabilities Strong communication skills Team player / works well under pressure Strong interpersonal and social skills – across cultural boundaries Strong Network – stakeholder management skills required EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION: Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics - or Equivalent |
